Sworn translation of Ukrainian documents in Antalya
Ukrainian certificates, passports, diplomas and register extracts translated into Turkish, and Turkish papers into Ukrainian, by sworn translators in Antalya.
Many families who have settled in Antalya keep their important papers in Ukrainian: a spouse's birth certificate, a child's school records, a diploma needed for a new job. We translate Ukrainian documents into Turkish for Turkish offices, and Turkish documents into Ukrainian for use in Ukraine. Ukrainian is one of the languages our founder, Can Arman, is sworn for, so this work is done in-house.
When you need a Ukrainian translation
- A family residence permit or a school place, where a marriage certificate or a child's birth certificate is needed in Turkish.
- A wedding in Turkey with a Ukrainian partner, which calls for a notarised passport translation and other papers in Turkish.
- A new job, further studies or a work permit file that asks for a diploma with its supplement.
- A power of attorney (dovirenist) signed in Ukraine, so that a relative can act for you at a Turkish notary or the land registry.
- Turkish documents into Ukrainian, such as a Turkish birth certificate for your child, a marriage certificate, a court decision or a school report.
Ukrainian documents we work with
- the ID card, the older booklet-style passport and the international passport
- birth, marriage, divorce and name-change certificates, and civil-status register extracts
- criminal record certificates
- diplomas, supplements, school certificates and academic transcripts
- powers of attorney and consents for a child to travel
- court decisions on divorce, custody or maintenance
- extracts from Diia and other electronic registers, translated from the file itself
Each translation states whether it was made from the original, a copy or an electronic document. It can be delivered with or without the notary's certification, depending on what the receiving office asks for.
Ordering from Antalya or from abroad
- Send scans or PDF files from wherever you are, by e-mail or WhatsApp, with a note on where the translation will be used.
- We check that each document carries its apostille, agree the spelling of names with you and send a written quote.
- A sworn translator for Ukrainian translates every page, including the apostille.
- When the office needs a notarised translation, we take it to Antalya 16. Noterliği for certification.
- You get a scan by e-mail; the original can be collected at our office in Kepez or sent by courier.
Prices and deadlines
Prices for common Ukrainian documents, VAT included:
- from ₺800 per ID card or booklet passport, and from ₺600 per international passport
- from ₺1,400 per certificate of birth, marriage or name change
- from ₺1,400 for a criminal record certificate
- from ₺1,400 per page of a university diploma
- from ₺1,400 per page of a Ukrainian power of attorney
Notary fees, and any apostille fee in Ukraine, are paid separately. We confirm the deadline in your quote; if you need the translation urgently, ask. Every document type is on our price list.
Practical points before you order
- The apostille is issued in Ukraine. Ukraine is a party to the Apostille Convention, so its documents are apostilled there and cannot be apostilled in Turkey. A certificate issued by a Ukrainian consulate is legalised instead.
- Electronic documents count as foreign documents too. For a residence permit, a document issued abroad needs an apostille and a notarised Turkish translation, and an electronic extract is no exception. We check what yours needs.
- Ukrainian letters can be transliterated in several ways. Letters such as Ї, Є and Щ have more than one Latin form, so we use the exact spelling in your international passport and keep it identical across your file.
- For a wedding, check where the certificate comes from. The certificate of no impediment must come from Ukraine's central authorities or its embassy or consulate, properly certified. One issued by an honorary consulate is refused.
Frequently asked questions
Can I order while I am still in Ukraine?
Yes. Send us scans or PDFs and we will e-mail the finished translation; the notarised original can be collected at our office or sent by courier. An apostille can only be added in Ukraine, so arrange it before you send the documents.
Can you translate an extract I downloaded from Diia?
Yes. We translate electronic documents from the file itself, and the translation records that it was made from an electronic document. Whether a Turkish office accepts the extract in that form depends on the procedure, so tell us where it will be used.
Do you translate Ukrainian criminal record certificates?
Yes, together with the apostille and every reference number on the certificate. The migration directorate expects a notarised translation, so make sure the apostille is in place first.
Can you translate my child's Turkish birth certificate into Ukrainian?
Yes. We translate Turkish birth and marriage certificates, court decisions and other papers into Ukrainian. The Ukrainian authority decides whether it needs the translation notarised or apostilled, so check with it first.
Send photos of your documents on WhatsApp or through the request form, and we will come back with a quote.
