You can pay for our services through the personal payment link we send you, by bank transfer or at our Antalya office. Card payments take place on the secure payment page of TKPAY, a Turkish Airlines subsidiary; your card details never reach us.
Pay by link
We send you a personal payment link by WhatsApp, e-mail or SMS. Payment is made on the 3D Secure payment page of TKPAY, a Turkish Airlines subsidiary; your card details never reach Lansarin and are not stored. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Troy; TRY, USD, EUR and GBP; single payment.

How it works

You receive a link
When you approve the quote, we send you a personal payment link by WhatsApp, e-mail or SMS.

You see the amount and the job
When you open the link you see the amount due, the currency and the job it is for. VAT is included.

You pay on TKPAY's secure page
When you choose "Proceed to payment" you are taken to TKPAY's 3D Secure-protected page; you enter your card details only there.

The receipt arrives by e-mail and your job starts
As soon as the payment is confirmed, the receipt is e-mailed to you and we start work.
Security
- 3D Secure: every payment is completed with additional verification by your card-issuing bank (SMS code or mobile approval).
- Your card details are processed within TKPAY's PCI DSS-scoped infrastructure; they never reach Lansarin's systems and are not stored.
- Lansarin sees only the masked card number (e.g. 4155 56** **** 6111), the card brand and the payment result.
- Payment links are personal and valid for 30 days; each payment attempt opens a 24-hour secure session. If a link expires, you can request a new one.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the card used for payment via TKPAY: as a cancellation on the same day, as a refund afterwards. Depending on your bank, the amount may take 3–10 business days to appear on your card account; partial refunds are possible. Bank transfers are refunded to the sending account.
