Before founding Lansarin, Mr. Arman served as Operational Director and Head of the Legal Department at a Mediterranean real estate and investment company with operations in Türkiye, the United Arab Emirates, Greece, and Cyprus. In this role, he successfully oversaw negotiations, contract management, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Today, his leadership continues to strengthen Lansarin’s position as a trusted international hub recognized by notaries, courts, consulates, and corporations worldwide.

In the academic field, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from Antalya Bilim University (Türkiye). He also pursued studies in English Common Law at the University of London (UK), International Relations and Trade at the University of Palermo (Italy), and European Foreign Policy at Uzhhorod National University (Ukraine). His educational path was enriched by an Erasmus exchange program at Szechenyi Istvan University (Hungary) and advanced training at leading institutions such as Harvard University, IBMI, the University of Edinburgh, Kyiv University of Law, as well as specialized programs under the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, Saint Petersburg State University, and Istanbul Technical University. Mr. Arman is a certified sworn translator in Turkish, English, Russian, Ukrainian, and Spanish, officially registered with the Notary Public Office and the Court of Justice of the Province of Antalya.

With a multicultural family background, Mr. Arman is fluent in Turkish, Russian, Ukrainian, English, Spanish, and Bulgarian, along with several other languages. Can Güven is the Chief Operating Officer of Lansarin and a certified sworn translator in Turkish, Russian, and Ukrainian, officially registered with the Notary Public Office in Türkiye. Born in Istanbul, Mr. Güven pursued higher education abroad and graduated from one of Ukraine’s most prestigious universities, Kyiv National Linguistic University, where he specialized in Slavic languages. Immersed in an entirely different linguistic and cultural environment, he not only became a fluent speaker but also developed deep academic expertise in Russian and Ukrainian. This rare background positioned him as an outstanding bridge between Turkish and Slavic language spheres, bringing both scholarly precision and practical communication skills into his professional life.

Before joining Lansarin, Mr. Güven built a solid career in the hospitality industry, gaining extensive hands-on experience in multilingual communication and client relations. He worked at some of Türkiye’s most prestigious tourist destinations, including Maxx Royal Hotel in Antalya and LUJO Hotel in Bodrum. During his career in this sector, he advanced through multiple positions, culminating in his role as Head of Guest Relations Department. In this capacity, he honed essential skills in communication, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and providing tailored client-focused services—skills that today form a natural foundation for his work at Lansarin.

At Lansarin, Mr. Güven oversees the company’s daily operations, coordinating workflows between departments, managing marketing strategies, ensuring smooth and effective client communications, and supervising the translation division. His ability to integrate linguistic expertise with operational management ensures that Lansarin’s services maintain the highest levels of quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

In addition to his managerial role, Mr. Güven is a certified sworn translator of Turkish, Russian, and Ukrainian, officially registered with the Notary Public Office in Türkiye. Alina Kaya is the Office Administrator at Lansarin, responsible for day-to-day client operations and communications. Whether speaking over the phone, corresponding by email, or chatting online with Lansarin, clients are most often assisted directly by Ms. Kaya, who ensures that every interaction is smooth, professional, and client-focused.

Born in Russia to a Tatar family, Ms. Kaya moved with her family to Turkmenistan at the age of seven, where she began her early education and studied through the 5th grade. Later, her family relocated to Türkiye, where she continued and completed her schooling. Alongside her general education, she pursued professional training in Web Programming and Design, combining technical knowledge with strong communication skills.

Ms. Kaya is fluent in Turkish and Russian, and has advanced knowledge of English, which allows her to confidently support Lansarin’s multicultural client base. Her language skills, combined with her intercultural background, make her an effective bridge between clients and the company’s internal operations.

Before joining Lansarin, Ms. Kaya gained valuable professional experience as Personal Assistant to the General Manager of an investment company and later as Personal Assistant to an Attorney at Law. In these roles, she developed strong skills in client communication, organization, scheduling, and administrative support.

At Lansarin, Ms. Kaya plays a vital role as Office Administrator, ensuring seamless coordination between clients and the company’s services. With her approachable manner, organizational efficiency, and commitment to client care, she embodies Lansarin’s mission to provide professional, reliable, and client-centered solutions.

Buse Doğan Şahin serves as the contracted legal counsel of Lansarin, handling all legal matters of the company and ensuring that every process is carried out in full compliance with Turkish law. She is a licensed attorney registered with the Antalya Bar Association, and her professionalism and expertise form the cornerstone of Lansarin’s trusted legal framework.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law at Istanbul University, Türkiye’s most prestigious law school, Ms. Doğan Şahin has been practicing law since 2014. Over the course of her career, she has developed strong expertise in Commercial and Trade Law, Arbitration, Enforcement Proceedings, Immigration and Nationality Law. Her practice has often involved working with foreign nationals in Türkiye, where she has built a reputation for safeguarding their rights and providing effective legal solutions to cross-border and international issues.

As per the relations with Lansarin, Ms. Doğan Şahin manages the company’s routine legal affairs, including corporate compliance, contractual matters, trade and business-related disputes. Her ability to combine deep knowledge of Turkish law with sensitivity to the needs of foreigners has made her an indispensable part of Lansarin’s operations and a reliable legal safeguard for the company’s diverse client base.

Melike Çoşkun serves as the contracted legal counsel of Lansarin, where she oversees the company’s legal processes with a particular focus on contractual relations, arbitration, commercial law, corporate compliance, and the legal framework governing import and export activities. A graduate of the Faculty of Law at Marmara University, one of Türkiye’s most prestigious law schools, Ms. Çoşkun has built her professional career in the field of law with a strong emphasis on trade and corporate practice. Over the years, she has developed deep expertise in drafting, reviewing, and supervising contracts, advising on arbitration matters, and guiding companies through regulatory compliance, particularly in areas involving foreign trade and cross-border commercial transactions.

Within Lansarin, Ms. Çoşkun manages the company’s legal obligations in relation to its commercial operations and corporate structures, ensuring that every agreement, process, and business activity adheres to applicable laws. Her experience in the field of import/export regulations makes her an especially valuable asset in projects involving international clients, where precision and compliance are critical.

Inna Danilova serves as Lansarin’s legal counsel for the Russian Federation and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), overseeing all legal matters of the company and its clients within these jurisdictions. With more than 25 years of professional practice, she brings extensive expertise, international experience, and trusted leadership to Lansarin’s legal framework in the post-Soviet region.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law at Kuban State Agricultural University, recognized as one of the leading law faculties in the post-Soviet countries, Ms. Danilova has been a registered attorney with the Krasnodar Regional Bar Association since 2000. Over the course of her career, she has built strong expertise in Civil Law, Commercial and Trade Law, International Private Law, and International Business Compliance, making her one of the most experienced legal professionals within Lansarin’s network.

In addition to her legal career, Ms. Danilova is also the owner of an international investment company with business activities in real estate and sea transportation, maintaining operations in Türkiye, the United Arab Emirates, and Greece. This dual role allows her to combine her skills as a legal practitioner with direct experience in managing cross-border corporate structures, providing a unique perspective on complex international business operations.

Within Lansarin, Ms. Danilova acts as the company’s legal representative in accordance with the relevant regulations, ensuring that both Lansarin and its clients are supported with reliable legal oversight across Russia and the CIS. Vlada Purici is a translator at Lansarin, specializing in Romanian, Turkish, English, and Russian languages. Born in Moldova, she moved to Türkiye with her family at an early age and completed her education there, gaining Turkish fluency on a native level while preserving her Romanian and Russian mother tongues. This unique multilingual foundation allows her to operate confidently across several linguistic and cultural spheres.

Ms. Purici is a native speaker of Romanian, Russian, and Turkish and has advanced proficiency in English, making her an invaluable member of Lansarin’s multilingual team. Her ability to work fluently with multiple language groups enables Lansarin to extend its services to a wider international clientele.

Despite her young age, Ms. Purici has built a broad professional background across multiple sectors. She worked in Türkiye’s most prestigious hotels, including serving as Assistant Manager of the Guest Relations Department, where she developed strong skills in client communication, negotiation, and problem resolution. Later, she gained valuable experience as a Portfolio Manager in a private business firm, where she was responsible for coordinating key accounts, managing client communications, and ensuring the timely execution of projects and tasks under high responsibility.

Alongside her professional experience, Ms. Purici studied Marketing at Akdeniz University (The Mediterranean University) in Antalya, where she developed additional skills in business communication, intercultural relations, and client-oriented service strategies.

Currently, Ms. Purici is also pursuing her studies in International Relations at Anadolu University, further strengthening her academic background and expanding her expertise in global affairs, diplomacy, and cross-border cooperation.

Today, as part of Lansarin, Ms. Purici combines her linguistic precision, cultural adaptability, and business experience to deliver high-quality translations and client support.
