1. Parties

BUYER: The natural or legal person who accepts the quote sent by the Seller and makes payment via the payment link ("Buyer"). The Buyer's name/company name and contact details are stated in the order record and in the payment link.
2. Subject
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Distance Contracts Regulation, in connection with the sale and performance of the service promoted on the Seller's website www.lansarin.com, whose characteristics and sale price are stated in the quote sent to the Buyer and/or in the iyzico payment link.
3. Service, Price and Payment
3.1. The type of service (sworn/standard written translation, interpretation, document retrieval, visa-immigration consulting, business consulting, etc.), its scope, delivery time where applicable, and its total price including VAT are shown in the quote sent to the Buyer and/or on the payment link page. This information forms an integral part of this Agreement.
3.2. Final quote: The final fee is calculated on the basis of the volume, nature and language pair of the work, using the rates published on the "Pricing" page of the Seller's website, and is sent to the Buyer within a maximum of 3 (three) working hours after the request has been reviewed by a Lansarin staff member. Working hours: Monday–Friday 09:00–18:00, Saturday 10:00–14:00 (Istanbul time). The final quote and the estimated performance time are communicated, following the Seller's assessment, via the contact channels provided by the Buyer (mobile phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email, Telegram). Performance of the service begins only after payment has been completed.
3.3. Payments can be made by the following methods:
- Payment link: by Visa, MasterCard and other supported bank/credit cards via a secure payment link generated on the infrastructure of the payment institution iyzico. Card details are not viewed or stored by Lansarin.
- Bank card at the office: via POS terminal at our Antalya office.
- Cash at the office: provided the amount does not exceed the current documentation threshold under the Tax Procedure Law (currently TRY 7,000); amounts above this threshold must, by law, be paid through banks or financial institutions.
- Bank transfer: to the accounts below.

3.4. Completion of the payment by the Buyer constitutes acceptance of the service terms stated in the quote and of this Agreement.
4. Performance and Delivery
4.1. Unless otherwise agreed, performance of the service begins after payment is completed.
4.2. Deliverables are provided electronically (email/WhatsApp), collected in person from the Seller's Antalya office, or sent by courier to the address provided by the Buyer. Unless stated otherwise, courier costs are borne by the Buyer. Details are set out on the "Delivery and Return Terms" page of the website.
4.3. The Seller is not liable for delays arising from the processing times of third parties and institutions (notaries, consulates, official authorities, etc.); in such cases the Seller informs the Buyer within a reasonable time.
4.4. Notary and consular fees: As required by legislation, notary fees and charges as well as consular fees are paid by the Buyer directly to the relevant institution; Lansarin cannot act as an intermediary for these payments. Lansarin undertakes to assist the Buyer with up-to-date information on such fees and charges.
4.5. Presentation of the original document: Procedures for certain documents cannot be completed entirely online; where legislation so requires, the original document must be presented and verified. In such cases the process cannot be completed until the original has been presented; the Buyer undertakes to send the original by courier or to deliver it in person to our office or to the relevant notary office. The original may also be presented when collecting the finished translation. Responsibility for presenting the original rests exclusively with the Buyer; Lansarin informs the Buyer whenever the original is required.
5. Right of Withdrawal
5.1. A Buyer who qualifies as a consumer has the right to withdraw from a service contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the day the contract is concluded, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. Withdrawal notices may be sent in writing to info@lansarin.com.
5.2. Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for: (a) work prepared in line with the Buyer's requests or personal needs (including translations and similar customer-specific deliverables), (b) services whose performance has begun with the Buyer's approval before the withdrawal period expires, and (c) services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly. By completing the payment, the Buyer acknowledges giving approval for performance of the service to begin immediately.
5.3. Where the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, the amount collected (less the portion whose performance has begun) is refunded to the original payment method within 14 days at the latest.
6. Obligations of the Parties
6.1. The Seller undertakes to perform the service with professional diligence and in accordance with confidentiality principles, and to use the Buyer's documents and information only to the extent required by the service.
6.2. The Buyer is obliged to provide the documents and information required for performance of the service completely, legibly and accurately. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the content of the documents provided by the Buyer.
6.3. If the delivered work contains a material error affecting its substance, the defective-performance provisions on the "Delivery and Return Terms" page apply.
7. Protection of Personal Data
The Buyer's personal data are processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and applicable legislation, within the framework of the Privacy Policy on the website. Data shared during payment transactions are processed by the payment institution iyzico under its own privacy policies.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. For disputes arising from this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the place of residence of the Buyer or the Seller are competent within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade; above those limits, the Consumer Courts are competent.
8.2. For disputes that do not qualify as consumer transactions, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Antalya have jurisdiction.
9. Entry into Force
This Agreement is deemed concluded and effective upon the Buyer's completion of the payment via the payment link. The text of the Agreement is accessible at any time at www.lansarin.com; upon request, a copy of the Agreement is sent to the Buyer by email.
