Pre-contractual information form for translation and consulting services purchased from Lansarin by payment link or bank transfer.

This Pre-Contractual Information Form has been prepared under Article 48 of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and Article 5 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts in order to inform the Buyer before the Distance Sales Agreement is concluded. Information specific to the service being purchased (the type and scope of the service, the total price including VAT, the currency, the delivery date and the validity period of the offer) is set out in the Quotation (Teklif Formu) sent to the Buyer. The Quotation forms an integral part of this form.

2. Main Characteristics of the Service

Lansarin provides sworn and standard written translation, interpreting, support with notarial certification, apostille and consular legalisation procedures, document procurement, and visa, immigration and business consulting services. The type of service, language pair, document type, number of pages or characters and other details of the scope are specified in the Quotation.

3. Total Price and Additional Costs

3.1. The service fee is shown in the Quotation as a total amount, VAT included. The Buyer pays the full total amount stated in the Quotation; partial payments are not accepted.

3.2. For Buyers resident in Türkiye, quotations are issued in Turkish lira (TRY) in accordance with Decree No. 32 on the Protection of the Value of the Turkish Currency and related legislation. For Buyers resident abroad, quotations may be issued in TRY, US dollars (USD) or euros (EUR).

3.3. The quotation is binding for the validity period stated in the Quotation. A quotation that is not paid within this period lapses automatically, and a new quotation may be issued.

3.4. Notarial fees and charges, consular fees and other amounts charged by public authorities are not included in the service fee unless separately stated in the Quotation. As required by law, these amounts are paid by the Buyer directly to the authority concerned. Shipping costs are borne by the Buyer unless otherwise stated in the Quotation.

4. Payment

4.1. Card payment link: Lansarin creates a payment link on the infrastructure of T. Vakıflar Bankası T.A.O. ("VakıfBank") for the amount stated in the Quotation and attaches this link to the Quotation. Payment is made on VakıfBank's secure, 3D Secure-protected payment page using a Visa, Mastercard or Troy debit or credit card accepted by the bank. Card details are entered only on the bank's page; Lansarin does not see or store card details.

4.2. For security reasons, the payment link is valid for a limited time; the end of its validity period is stated in the Quotation. If a link expires, a new link is sent at the Buyer's request.

4.3. For payments in a foreign currency, any currency conversion and transaction fees that the card-issuing bank may apply are outside Lansarin's control.

The Quotation number (TKF-…) must be stated in the transfer reference.

4.5. Payment at the office: at our Antalya office by bank card or, provided that the documentation threshold announced under the Tax Procedure Law is not exceeded, in cash.

5. Performance and Delivery

5.1. Performance of the service begins once the payment has reached Lansarin's accounts. The delivery date is stated in the Quotation.

5.2. Service deliverables are delivered electronically (by e-mail or WhatsApp), by hand at our Antalya office, at the relevant notary office, or by courier to the address provided by the Buyer. Details are set out on the Delivery and Returns Terms page.

5.3. Where legislation requires the original document to be presented, the process cannot be completed until the original document has been presented. The Buyer is informed of such cases in advance.

5.4. Lansarin is not liable for delays caused by the processing times of notary offices, consulates and other public authorities; in such cases the Buyer is informed without delay.

6. Right of Withdrawal

6.1. A Buyer acting as a consumer has the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the contract is concluded, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

6.2. Notice of withdrawal may be given by e-mail to info@lansarin.com, by KEP to lansarin@hs01.kep.tr, or in writing to the address above. The Buyer may also use the model withdrawal form annexed to the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

6.3. If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the withdrawal period, the amount paid is refunded within 14 (fourteen) days at the latest from the date on which the notice of withdrawal reaches Lansarin, using the same method by which the payment was made.

6.4. Exception: Under Art. 15(1)(h) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services whose performance has begun with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period expires. By completing the payment, the Buyer requests that performance of the service begin immediately. A Buyer who does not wish work to begin before the withdrawal period expires must say so in writing before making the payment; in that case performance begins after the withdrawal period ends and the delivery date is reset accordingly.

7. Complaints and Objections

7.1. Complaints may be submitted via info@lansarin.com, +90 242 606 0004 or the address above.

7.2. In the event of a dispute, the Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee at their place of residence or at the place where the consumer transaction took place, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, or to the Consumer Court where those limits are exceeded. Applications to the Consumer Arbitration Committee may also be filed through the e-Devlet portal (Consumer Information System, TÜBİS).

8. Personal Data

The Buyer's personal data are processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") and within the framework of the Privacy Policy and KVKK Privacy Notice.

9. Confirmation

Before completing payment via the payment link, the Buyer acknowledges having read this Pre-Contractual Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement, and having been informed of the Seller's trade name, address and contact details, the main characteristics of the service, the total price, payment and delivery details, and the right of withdrawal. The Quotation contains links to these texts and is sent to the Buyer by e-mail or message on a durable medium.
