Sworn Russian–Turkish translation in Antalya

Russian passports, certificates, diplomas and notarial papers translated into Turkish, and Turkish documents into Russian, by sworn translators in Antalya.

In Antalya, Russian-language documents turn up in all kinds of files: a marriage certificate from Moscow for a family permit, a power of attorney from Almaty for a property sale, a diploma from Minsk for a new job. Our sworn translators put them into Turkish and translate Turkish documents into Russian for use abroad. Our founder, Can Arman, is sworn for Russian and also registered with the Antalya courthouse.

When you need a Russian to Turkish sworn translation

  • A family residence permit, where a marriage or birth certificate from Russia, Kazakhstan or Belarus is needed in Turkish.
  • A wedding at a Turkish marriage office, which requires a notarised passport translation; a notary may ask for one too.
  • A power of attorney (doverennost) signed in Russia, so that someone can buy or sell property for you at the land registry.
  • Employment or studies in Turkey, with a diploma, a school-leaving certificate or an employment record.
  • Turkish documents into Russian: a title deed (tapu), a residence permit card, e-Devlet records, a court decision or a Turkish birth certificate for a child born here.

Russian and Turkish documents we translate

  • internal and international passports, including the registration and marital-status pages when an office needs them
  • birth, marriage, divorce, death and name-change certificates
  • diplomas with their supplements, school-leaving certificates and transcripts
  • powers of attorney, consents for a child's travel and other notarial statements
  • court decisions, for example on divorce or custody
  • bank statements, pension certificates and employment records
  • Turkish contracts, title deeds, e-Devlet documents and school papers, into Russian

We work from the original, a photocopy or an electronic document, and the translation states which one was used. Stamps, handwritten notes and the apostille are translated too.

How a Russian translation is prepared

  1. Message us on WhatsApp, or e-mail us, with photos of the documents and the name of the office they are for.
  2. We check whether an apostille is needed first, then send a written quote with the deadline.
  3. You confirm the Latin spelling of every name, including patronymics.
  4. Our sworn translator for Russian prepares the translation, and where the office requires it, the notary at Antalya 16. Noterliği certifies the translator's signature.
  5. The finished translation reaches you as a PDF, with the paper original ready at our office or sent by courier.

Prices for Russian translations

Typical starting prices, VAT included:

  • from ₺600 per international passport, and from ₺800 per Russian internal passport
  • from ₺1,400 for each birth, marriage or divorce certificate
  • from ₺1,400 per diploma page
  • from ₺1,400 per page of a Russian-language power of attorney
  • from ₺2,800 per hour of Russian interpreting

Notary fees are paid separately, as is any apostille in the issuing country. Your quote lists each item and the deadline, and an urgent translation can be arranged on request. The full price list also covers court papers and bank statements.

Points specific to Russian-language documents

  • The apostille comes from the issuing country. Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus are all parties to the Apostille Convention, so their documents are apostilled at home, never in Turkey. Our apostille page explains the right order of steps.
  • Consular documents follow a different route. A document issued by a Russian consulate cannot carry an apostille. If the consulate is in Turkey, the document is certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for missions in Ankara, or by the governor's office of the consulate's city.
  • Cyrillic names need one agreed spelling. We follow the Latin spelling in your international passport, so your name reads the same in every document, and patronymics are kept and spelt consistently.
  • Sworn or notarised. The migration directorate asks for notarised translations of foreign documents, and other offices set their own rules. We confirm which form you need before you order.

Frequently asked questions

Can you translate a Russian certificate that has no apostille?

We can, but for a residence permit, and usually for a wedding, the certificate first needs an apostille from the country that issued it. Because the apostille is translated as well, adding it later usually means a new translation. We point this out before you pay anything.

Do you translate Turkish documents into Russian for use in Russia?

Yes. A Turkish document for Russia usually needs an apostille: we translate it, the translation is notarised, and the governor's office can then apostille it. Ask the Russian office which form it accepts before you order.

Can you translate documents from Kazakhstan or Belarus?

Yes, when the document is in Russian. Kazakh is handled through our partner network, so tell us which languages your document contains when you send it.

Can you also send a Russian interpreter?

Yes. If a party does not know Turkish, the notary requires a sworn translator at the signing, and the land registry a sworn interpreter. Our interpreting service covers both.

Send your documents on WhatsApp or through the request form, and we will reply with a quote and a deadline.
